One thing I think that is VITAL for us to be in constant thought about is this... God, what are YOU doing.
We can become so fixated... so preoccupied by what the enemy is doing, we miss Jesus altogether!
In fact, pay close attention to what people talk about. Do it today at your workplace, watch it unfold here on Facebook. And quickly you become conscious of the world most people are aware of. Because it's evident by where they place a bulk of their focus.
So often we focus on the negatives of this life. Maybe even unknowingly... but it's destructive, nonetheless.
Instead of being cognizant of all the bad things happening around me, I want to be preoccupied by what HE is doing.
And so it becomes, for me, a matter of asking, "God, what are YOU doing."
Oh to keep aware of what He is doing... how He is working... what He is up to.
It really changes everything!
Here are 4 big questions I am asking myself as it relates to my prayer time with Jesus... the things that keep me aware and alert to His presence, His power, and His possibilities:
1.) Where are You standing?
Where is He standing in my circumstance? Is He standing in fear or in victory? Where is He standing - because I need to go stand next to Him!
2.) What are You doing?
I cannot afford to think on what the enemy is doing. I have no business giving him any more power by my thought-life! I must concentrate on what Jesus is doing and how He is working our redemptive solutions for my life!
3.) What are You saying?
The Bible tells us that Jesus only DID what He saw the Father do, and He only SAID what He heard the Father say. My assignment is no different. God - I must know Your Word, so I can recite Your truths over my life!

4.) What impossibilities are You asking me to believe victory for?
This has become HUGE in my own life. Daily I am asking for more faith in the impossible situations of my life. Because NOTHING is impossible for God. And He longs to be gracious and kind! For me, this has become a matter of daily praying for impossibilities.
Be encouraged today, friends!
