Pray To See What God Sees

Let's begin praying to SEE what God sees. To see HOW He sees.

The thing is we get so "caught up" in the woes of the world. And our focus, too often, tends to be on what the enemy is doing.

We don't do it on purpose.. but you can definitely hear it in the tone and talk of people. Very quickly in conversations with those we come into contact with, we are able to see what world they are most aware of... this one or heaven.

And it is my deep desire to always speak from a heavenly perspective.

And I don't always get it right.

I heard a pastor say once months ago, "If it doesn't exist in heaven, it's not to exist here."

It was simply not in the original design for us to be sick. For pain and suffering to run rampant.

And so the question becomes, how are we praying not earth to heaven... but heaven to earth.

We say it in the Lord's prayer, "They Kingdom COME, thy will be DONE, on EARTH as it is in HEAVEN." (Matt 6:10)

This is heaven invading earth.

And it has shifted the way I pray.

God... what is it YOU see?

Because I want to SEE from a heavenly mindset!

There is no sadness in YOUR Kingdom, so it cannot exist here.

There is no depression in YOUR Kingdom, so it cannot exist here.

And the list goes on and on... there is no:

• worry
• doubt
• fear
• anxiety
• stress
• condemnation
• shame
• guilt
• comparison
• striving

Yes!

God... what is YOU see? Show us. Reveal it to us. So that we can successfully live with a heavenly perspective. So that we can live heavenly realities in this dark world.

God... what is YOU see? Now cause my heart to BURN for that!
