DAY TWO
Read Luke 22:7-13
Peter and John were identified only in the book of Luke as the two requested by Jesus to go and prepare the Passover meal.
We can tell from these passages of scripture that arrangements had already been made by Jesus Himself. Verse 10 talks about a man carrying a pitcher of water. This was normally a woman’s job, so seeing this would have been an unusual sight.
God is so good! He goes before us to prepare a way for us to be in relationship with Him. Spend some time thanking Him today for His goodness and faithfulness! Write out Psalm 139:5 from The Passion Translation in your journal.
